After multiple tries of NHS physiotherapy and surgery Sally has greatly improved my pain and I’m finding myself able to do things I haven’t been able to for years. She is great at explaining the reasons and why certain exercises or different therapies are useful. She also is great at modifying or adjusting movements to accommodate current ability. Clearly has a lot of experience which shines through and has knowledge on a wide range of modalities.

My friend recommended that I see Sally after I injured my back and was experiencing pain. She has been extremely helpful in treating it as well as showing me how to manage my injury on a day to day basis. She also had a lot of advice to give on how I could modify my core workouts so that I can stay strong as much as possible without worsening my back injury. She also guided me step by step so that I can fully return to doing gymnastics in the safest possible way, which I now have. Sally is the best physiotherapist I've had the pleasure of working with and would recommend her highly to anybody who is looking for help.

Sally was great to work with, both in helping me understand what I needed to do to recover from various injuries from sport and in physically treating the injured areas.
★★★★★ 13 May 2020
Sally expertly advised me recently with a mystery pain in my buttock/back/leg that stopped me from all my normal activities and despite only being able to assess me via Zoom, due to the virus lockdown, identified the source of the pain. She showed me how to do the necessary exercises on line too. This has been immensely helpful and is clearly working to heal the issue. She provided ongoing support with endless patience and was professional, mega helpful and charming throughout.

I had completely broken my femur so needed rehab after an operation. The rehab ranged from very specific exercises targeting areas of muscle wastage to improve day to day mobility to more general exercises with the aim to get to the level required to play contact sports. Sally has been extremely flexible and has so always seems to fit me in when I have time off university. I would highly recommend Sally Waters.

I needed additional support aside from the appointments and she was always there answering my questions and guiding me through the symptoms. I successfully recovered and can't thank her enough for her support during that time!

I had lower back pain for two years (often causing a limp) which improved almost immediately thanks to Sally. Her exercises are clear and effective, and our sessions never feel rushed. Sally also does online consultations which have been great during this period indoors.

I saw Sally Waters for multiple injuries over the past 5 years - a dislocated elbow, sprained ankle, torn meniscus (I am hypermobile). Each time I have recovered fully. She is incredibly up-to-date on her knowledge and works with the patient to deliver high quality service. Her bedside manner also means I feel at ease and confident I am in good hands.

Sally has been helping me with various issues, and despite (due to Covid) us only being able to consult online has helped me hugely. She is skilful, knowledgeable and able to quickly identify problems and solutions. She is able to clearly explain different exercises and demonstrate them over video link, and I have seen great benefits and progress from week to week. This is combined with a patient, kind and caring demeanour. I can thoroughly recommend her services, and sure she would be even better in person when the situation allows for this!
